With over twenty-two years of experience in the escrow industry, Denise brings with her a wealth of knowledge as a New Construction and Tract Specialist. Denise has built many long lasting relationships with Builders and Developers throughout Southern California.
Denise stays abreast of the every changing new construction escrow laws by attending information seminars and classes. She is also a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA). Through the BIA, Denise helps to plan for and meet community building and housing needs.
