Phil Clark | Operations and Administration Director
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Phil Clark, Operations and Administration Director for Escrow of the West, provides staff and clientele with a broad range of solutions for tackling the day-to- day challenges of escrow.
Phil began his career at a title company in Northern California eventually transitioning into a role in the firm’s escrow offices. He went on to serve as the Branch Manager/Escrow Officer for two locations of one of Southern California's largest independent escrow companies, where he then served as Marketing Director, REO Director and finally, Director of Operations.
Self described as a "people person," Phil takes a proactive approach to managing to the strengths of each individual employee and utilizes those same skills to assist clients in understanding the complexities of their escrow transactions. Recognizing the diversity of other personalities and keying in on what motivates those around him, he defines his success as the growth and accomplishments of others.
